Why Bush should pay a political price for his incompetence?

This is the real reason why I think Bush and the GOP should pay a heavy political price in Nov 2006. The inability of this Administration to bring stability to Afghanistan and to kill off the Taliban (the real enemy of the United States and of western Liberalism, not the imagined and convenient enemy of Iraq) after 5 years of trying is the clearest evidence that Bush's foreign policy is misguided, wrong dangerous and ineffective.

Karzai was never really the President of Afghanistan....he was the Mayor of Kabul and this truth is coming home to roost, after spending almost a trillion dollars so far on the WAR ON TERROR.
